Design & Development
With over 30 years experience Springfast are confident our advice to customers will provide the correct solutions to their fixings and fastening requirements. Initial component design can be evaluated by our team of skilled engineers and where necessary handmade prototype samples can be produced for customer appraisal.
Tool Manufacture
Utilising our state of the art CAD facility enables Springfast to manfacture and maintain high precision tooling, all of which is carried out in our own fully equipped tool room.
Production
Our manufacturing facility at Springfast with press capacities of up to 55 tonnes gives us the scope to produce parts in varying sizes and thicknesses in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Up to 1 million components per week can be made.
Pivi Clamp
Springfast have designed and patented a unique range of Pivi clamps to fasten sinks to work surfaces and have solved many problems encountered by kitchen fitters the world over. The clamp is easy to assemble, inexpensive and greatly minimises installation times. With over 65 different designs within the range we can provide clamps from stock or manufacture to individual requirements
Easy Clip
Springfast has designed the Easy clip fixing system that allows for a 70% improved installation time on electrical cables.
Standard Products
A standard range of Springfast product which include Cage Nuts, U Nuts, J Nuts, Flat Nuts, Edge Clips, and Push-on-Fixes are available for off-the-shelf deliveries.
Rubber, Stamping and Nylon Parts
Extensive range of parts for industries including automobile, home appliances, printing, furniture, textiles and machinery.
Import and stocking service
Springfast has a wealth of experience in the importing of goods and have done so for over 20 years. We import, stock, and distribute many different products in various market sectors. The service
includes payment of all shipping costs and clearance in the UK.
We are promoting this service to any Company that imports goods from the Far East.
