Tooling Design

The tooling design phase is critical to ensure accurate and cost effective manufacture of the fastener system.  During this phase the tooling is designed with special attention to possible future variants, other factors such as future tool maintenance, speed of tooling manufacture and production output are also considered.  Following the successful design, manufacture and testing of production tooling the six stage design service is complete.  Springfast are now ready to begin product manufacture.
