Assembly Analysis

Assembly Analysis is the first stage of the design process used by Springfast Limited.

During this phase detailed notes and observations are made of the assembly job for which the special fastener is required. Extensive research on the environment in which the fastener will be used is also carried out. This enables the design team to identify the exact durability requirements and to develop an initial design specification. This specification is then used in the second phase,  'Advice and Recommendations'.
