United Kingdom Operations
Our World Headquarters, design, tooling and production facility is located in Gloucester, United Kingdom. Springfast is well positioned to distribute our fasteners throughout the United Kingdom and European Community. In addition, we are close to the UK’s major ports and airports to service a growing world market.
Extending our Product Range
In 2006 we shipped 42 million Pivi® Clamps around the world. This clever, flexible fastener is a patented and highly original solution to the challenge of fitting kitchen sinks to work surfaces. Available in a range of sizes this fastener can reduce the fitting time for a sink to minutes. But, the Pivi® Clamp is only part of the picture.

Over the years Springfast has developed an extensive product range including Cage Nuts, Expansion Nuts, Edge Clips and Compression Rings. Striving for International Growth this wide diversity of products has gained us an International reputation leading to 60% of our output being sold into world markets.

In 1994, Springfast Limited was awarded ISO 9000:2000 Part 1.
Springfast achieved this distinction on first application for this award. It was given in recognition of the systems we had put in place and the control of all aspects of design and manufacture. This ensures quality and consistency of the products and design services and Springfast constantly strives to improve on its already high standard.
Innovation Drives our Business

Each year Springfast produces in excess of 80 million parts. These components are manufactured using our own high-speed tooling equipment. As just one example of our cutting-edge technology, Springfast makes use of the very latest in Electro-Discharge machining. This computerised machine enables us to create production tooling and prototype samples to the highest degrees of accuracy.
The 24 hour capability of this machine also enables us to offer far shorter production and prototype lead times.

As part of our comprehensive design and pre-production sample service, our experienced engineers analyse existing assembly arrangements and produce the most cost-effective and efficient fastener for the application. Up to the minute Computer Aided Design enables samples to be produced in-house with a very short lead time. Once the prototype has been approved your new component can go into full production.
